Location: Hybrid (ideally 3 days/week on-site)
Compensation: $7,000 - $9,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Primary Responsibilities
School Operations & Management Support
- Provide oversight and support for school-based Directors of Operations to ensure effective and efficient building operations through building walkthroughs and leader check-ins
- Develop weekly digest for DOOs, prep bi-weekly DOO meetings, and provide intermittent professional development/learning opportunities for DOOs
- Oversee systems to monitor operational performance goals/metrics for facility maintenance, safety, and aesthetics.
- Support schools with project planning for events and special projects
- Oversee operational school close out in June and BoY launch in August/September
- Project manage summer adult professional development programming logistics
- Manage project planning of summer workscopes related to building repair, renovation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the network leaders to support schools’ compliance with all city, state, federal, and authorizer policies related to public school operations.
- Regularly audit and ensure compliance with health and safety laws, charter contracts, and all federal and local workplace regulations.
